How it Feels to Rebound

January 28, 2012 by destrymasterson

Now don't take this the wrong way but you probably have a little bit of belly fat you do not like, most people do. Unless you are some Olympic athlete you probably have a few things you would like to change about yourself, at least when it comes to fitness.

No one is assuming you have any emotional or mental deficiencies you need to improve upon. The fact of the matter is most people can find something they want to change; conversely many people over stress themselves about changing their physical appearance.

Exercise Television, Just Crazy Enough to Work

January 28, 2012 by destrymasterson

Television in itself it does nothing to make you any more fit or healthy at all. However, you get some lady in a leotard with some sweatbands strapped around her head and wrists pumping away to some upbeat dance music, and all of a sudden you have a hyper-aerobic-optic-telegraph-transmitting apparatus.

Anything that has to do with you becoming fit and or healthier is going to require action from you. Watching television isn't going to make you fit or healthier, not by itself anyway.

Many people like to bounce on rebounders or run on treadmills while they watch their favorite soaps.

Rebounding Core Workout For Rippling Abs

January 27, 2012 by destrymasterson

Here is the secret to abs that nobody is telling you, building muscle doesn't create a six pack. Look at any major rock star, the only reason you can see their abs is because they have a drug addiction that is very effective in curbing their appetite (no body fat).

If you want to get great abs you have to do two things: you got to drop your body fat and you have to start strengthening your core. Now many people will do crunches day in and day out and then they will be confused when they have a great looking pop-belly that protrudes a good four inches over their belt.

The Pain of Exercise and Who is the Weakest

January 27, 2012 by destrymasterson

Running activates more than 240 muscles throughout the body, which all need to burn ATP to create locomotion. Simply using your body is going to produce a certain amount of resistance, and any resistance is going to consequently result in a small amount of pain.

Small amount for some that is, as it turns out women are actually more sensitive to pain. For many years it has been evidently apparent that women suffer from migraines, fibromyalgia, and irritable bow syndrome more than men do.

The research methods used in this study consisted of women constantly complaining about pain.

Exercise for Old Women

January 27, 2012 by destrymasterson

Everybody wants to be fit, but with aging bodies sometimes it can be a real challenge. The fact of the matter is your metabolism isn't as fast, your body doesn't heal as well as it used to, and if you're women who has gone through menopause (somewhere between the ages of 45 to 55) your bones are probably brittle as twigs.

Don't worry, even though you have a little bit of age under your belt and your bones are not as strong as the younger girls' you can still get in shape easy as pie.

Fitness Tricks That Don't Work

January 25, 2012 by destrymasterson

Drinking lots of water will make you lose weight fast; this is completely true, if by fast you mean by burning 70 calories in a day. To put that into perspective that is equivalent to half a banana, and will take you thirty minutes to burn off (assuming you are 120 lbs. and walking at a rate of two miles an hour).

Yup all you have to do is drink one gallon of ice water each and every single day. In reality, 70 calories can add up, heck over the course of a year that could turn into almost seven pounds!

Your Brain on a Rebounder

January 25, 2012 by destrymasterson

Imagine yourself back on your rebounder, bouncing up and down, how do you presume this may be affecting your brain? It is said that heavy head banging will kill brain cells, but keep in mind so will sneezing, suddenly jerking your neck to see who is standing behind you right now, and staring for extended periods of time at a computer monitor.

Basically living will kill brain cells, however jumping on a rebounder is in no way going to be disadvantageous to the brain.

Health is Simple Enough

January 25, 2012 by destrymasterson

Healthy living is simple, all you have to do is eat right and exercise, and occasionally get eight hours of sleep every single night. If you do those three simple things then your fantastic body is going to do everything else, and it won't even require any effort from you.

The body feeds off of resistance, that is how muscles are created, that is how thought is developed, and that is how immunity is made.

Get the Cardio You Deserve

January 24, 2012 by destrymasterson

Are you trying to raise your endurance or are you just trying to drop some weight. No matter what your fitness goals are good cardio is going to help you to achieve it, and to do that you are going to need a lot of great intensity.

First, if you want to get a harder more exerting routine in your daily regimen you have got to diversify your workout. Running is great, keep doing that, but also if in between runs instead of doing some girly stretches why don't you throw down some pushups.

Start Bouncing and Quit Swelling

Look at your hands and try to imagine the skeleton frame beneath that protein exterior, try to see the muscles that rap around the bones, and try to think about the veins that entwine between the muscles and the bones. Think of the circulatory system (veins in the body) like wiring in a computer.

As long as there isn't any sort of disruption in the wiring or pathway then the complete mechanism will function without problems. However, if there is one wire or vein that is severed then there is going to be problems.

Imagine the country of the United States with networks of highways.
